We Support Scheduled and Unplanned Maintenance
We strategically schedule overhauls during our customers’ planned shutdowns, Turnaround Outage and Revamps (TORs), and yearly inspections to minimize disruptions and optimize equipment operations. We also work closely with customers to determine the most efficient combination of on-site and/or in-workshop overhauling wherever possible.
In the case of emergency overhauling, we can get your equipment back up and running as soon as possible thanks to our expert field engineers and a fully-equipped workshop. The ASKO field engineering team can be at your facility within 24 hours of your urgent request to assess, develop, and implement an overhauling plan.
Along with repairs and reconditioning, we provide local re-engineering and reverse engineering services to replace custom parts faster than ordering new ones. All of our manufactured spare parts come with a general warranty for your complete confidence. Additional 4,000 hour/crop year, service maintenance, and fieldwork warranties are also available.
ASKO’s Non-Destructive Testing Capabilities
ASKO uses non-destructive testing (NDT) to gain the best possible understanding of your equipment’s health without compromising its integrity. Our engineering team can perform spectrum vibration analysis (SVT), ultrasonic testing (UT), liquid penetration testing (PT), magnetic particle testing (MT), surface roughness testing, and surface hardness testing.
